To be accepted, returned items must:

- Remain intact in their original packaging with all tags and documentation still attached
How to Make a Return
- Email us at info@vishvajeweller.com to request return authorization.
- Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and detailed packaging instructions.
- Please ship the item back as instructed. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the returned item passes our inspection, we'll notify you and process your refund within 3–7 business days, crediting it to your original method of payment.
- Prefer an exchange? We’re happy to help you choose or create a replacement item. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to Products returned outside the No Fee Return Period.
Non-Returnable Items

If applicable, ship under a generic company name or use an alias address to keep sensitive shipping details confidential and help deter fraud. - Avoid Taping Multiple Boxes Together
When shipping multiple packages, refrain from bundling them outside of one another. This makes it easier to track and reduces handling complexity. - Record the Packing Process
